Apollo Online offers a feature-rich, two-way API through which you can seamlessly send SMS mobile text messages, instant messages, and emails to a single contact or multiple distribution lists. You can do a wide variety of programming such as managing distribution lists or setting up mobile keywords.

All-In-One Messaging API

• Sends SMS Texts, emails, and Instant Messages to a single contact or a whole distribution list.
• Schedules messages to be sent at a later time.
• Sends a verification code to each contact information before adding it.

Simple URL Post Methods

• Each function in our API is a web page. Apollo’s API can be utilized by any software or programming language that can submit a web form or call a URL and receive a response.
• Apollo will POST incoming keyword text messages to an “incoming URL” that you specify.

Manage Your Lists

• Add or delete contact information in your distribution lists.
• Update an existing contact record.
• Find a contact record.
• Create or delete a contact list.

Manage Mobile Keywords

• Check an available keyword.
• Create or delete a keyword.
• Update keyword settings.
• Send a notification message via SMS, IM, and/or Email when someone texts your keyword.
• Manage advanced mobile keyword options such as a follow-on responder scheduled for future delivery, controlled frequency, message following keyword, alternate responder, etc.

Process Incoming SMS (via Mobile Keyword)

• Apollo Online will POST incoming keyword text messages to an “incoming URL” that you specify.
• Adjust the settings for keyword sign-up process.
